Barrel Prints
The day has finally arrived! We are publishing barrel prints for mounting Allen Engineering suppressors. No longer will you need to dig through AR15.com to find old AE prints. Thank you all for your patience.
We have been working with Ron to update his original prints. In addition we have included new prints for different mounting options. Here is the list of barrel prints included in this post.
- A-Mount w/ SPR Collar
- A-Mount w/ Direct Cut
- B-Mount w/ SPR Collar
- B-Mount w/ Direct Cut
- M24 w/ SPR Collar
- M24 w/ Direct Cut
A couple notes about the prints
- SPR Collar refers to the Mk12 Mod 1 “Long Collar”. Although it is perfectly acceptable to use the Mk12 Mod 0 “Short Collars” with these barrels.
- Direct Cut refers to profiling the necessary taper directly into the barrel instead of using a collar. A minimum of 0.92″ diameter barrels is required.
- The B-SPR Collar should not be used on the B-Mount w/ SPR Collar barrels. The B-SPR Collar is meant to convert A-Mount w/ SPR Collar barrels to be compatible with B-Mount Suppressors.
